1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, services, and digital offerings provided by the Ethiopian Clean Cooking Association ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting or using our website at https://yourdomain.org (the "Site") or engaging with our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID, IF ANY, TO ACCESS OR USE THE SITE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved first by good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Ethiopia or to a mutually agreed arbitration forum in Ethiopia.
